If YES to any positive ground burrowing animals the property owner must flag off their area of inhabitation and provide a map. No treatment will be done to these areas inhabited by these species especially for burrowing owls as they are protected in Canada.


Terms & Consent


The term “gopher” is used to encompass all ground-dwelling mammal pests, including, but not limited to, prairie dogs, ground squirrels, marmots, voles, moles, and pocket gophers.

Service Fee: $125/ hour (Due upon completion)  

The use of a side-by-side and trailer (total 19’ long) along with a shovel to fill gopher holes is part of the “gopher control” treatment. The operator will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage to the lawns and/or crops/pastures in the treated area and is not liable for any damages that may occur. Postponement may be required if heavy rain is forecasted or if there is concern about property damage.


Secondary harm to positive-ground burrowing creatures such as burrowing owls, weasels, and swift foxes is unintentional, and Sleepy Time Gopher are not liable for their harm. Harm to positive-ground burrowing creatures will be avoided at all costs. The property owner is responsible for marking such areas with a stick and flagging tape, along with a marked map of the inhabited areas. These areas will not be treated.
